8gb black iPod touch 4th generation ?

It has been used before and as the backs on all iPod touches are silver, there is a few light scratches but nothing deep, the front has no scratches what so ever. It has 2 cameras, one on each side. It has been reset so there is nothing in their and is updated to the latest iOS 5.
