White iPhone 4 & Studio Beats Headphones ?

Hello, I am parting with my iPhone 16gb (white) & also my Studio Beats Headphones (Dr Dre, also in white) I got the iPhone about 3 months ago now, its in PERFECT condition, not one scratch or mark on it, same can be said with the headphones which were purchased at HMV for 289 last year, comes all boxed with CD, extra leads & barcode still attatched.
